Unlike the first exhibition “Locality” is more ascetic. The exhibition was incarcerated in a narrow basement with low ceiling. In one of its (darkest) rooms there was a screened film, in the other one were placed indexes with key concepts, with distinctive film chapters, “formulas of Central Asian identity” (The Great Past, The Great Future, Collapse etc), - as one of the project  participants called “film libretto” (synopsis) (the detailed comments on the film you can find here).
Last index - “Enthusiasm” - leads to the exit from the basement. This is an affirmative metaphor and a bridge to the next - third stage.
